DIMAKIN’s roll bender model RH-602 is the entry level model into hydraulic descent roll bending. The hydraulic descent of the RH-602 is controlled and maintained with the programmable pedestal, on which a digital read out displays an accurate location of the rolls. This pedestal also integrates a CE conforming emergency stop, as well as the forwards and backwards operational foot pedals. This two driven roll machine includes as standard its ribbed sectional tooling allowing solid, flat bar, and square section to be manipulated into radii immediately in hundreds of configurations. Separate tooling is readily available, sold separately for all tube and pipe bending, as well as custom roll bending applications. Further features of the machine include its lateral guide rolls, which can be utilized to form coils for example. Additionally to this, all DIMAKIN section benders can be operated in upright or horizontal orientation, depending on user preference and application.
