The largest of the standard range of roll benders in DIMAKIN’s variety includes the RH-703. With the largest capacity for bending, it also benefits from features in all its lesser counterparts. These features include a hydraulic descent top roll, allowing for precise movement displayed on a digital read out on the pedestal. This pedestal also includes an emergency stop for CE compliant safety standards, in addition to the forward and backward controls for the rolling direction via individual foot pedals. Standard tooling on this machine is DIMAKIN’s standard segmental rolls that come in many widths for application on solid, flat bar, or box section immediately upon receiving the machine. Additional tooling for all tube pipe and custom applications are sold separately and readily available. The segmented tooling on this machine is smooth, allowed by the three powered rolls this machine utlises. Smooth tooling reduces material marking, a huge benefit for many applications and materials where material clean up is either not ideal, or not possible. As with all DIMAKIN machines, this model can be operated in an upright or a horizontal position, allowing for huge radii to be formed without worrying about collision with the ground! Adjustable lateral guide rolls supplied as standard will aid the supporting of this sort of application.
