The RH-603 is a three driven roll section bender from DIMAKIN. The benefits from having three driven rolls are that the tooling can be smooth, rather than ribbed to aid material feeding. This smooth tooling reduces material marking, which can be a necessity for many applications and user requirements. The standard rolls supplied with this machine are DIMAKIN’s standard segmental flat tooling, allowing solid, flat bar, and box to be bent immediately out of the package. In addition, thousands of tooling sets are available for all tube, pipe, and custom application. The hydraulic top roll descent is controlled via a programmable pedestal with an integrated digital read out, displaying accurate locations of the top roll. This pedestal is fully maneuverable for convenience to the user, and features CE emergency stop system, as well as the forward and backwards movement dictated by two individual pedals at the base. With the ability to operate the machine in both vertical and horizontal position, the size of application is never an issue. Additionally to this, the machine features lateral guide rolls to support the material.
