Middle in the capacity rating for the standard range of pillar drills, THE DP-3175-M MT4 drill from DIMAKIN is again extremely robust, tolerating zero flex of the column at maximum capacity, translating to perfect drilling every time. The capacity on this drill is an impressive 40mm in steel and 45mm in cast iron, and has a precision variable speed inverter driven system that runs over high and low settings. On the low setting, the speeds can be varied between 65 and 540RPM, and on high, the spindle speed can run between 245RPM and 2000RPM (shown on a DRO). Additional features include an integrated, inbuilt flood coolant system, fully adjustable LED worklight, and safety guard with limit switch for high standard operator protection. This machine has a manual quill feed and is single phase 240V.
