The BS-20SA-DM semi-automatic bandsaw has evolved many times to become the model you see today. Many innovative features are now offered in this great package. The BS-20SA-DM is a dual mitering saw with capabilities to mitre 45° left and 60° right with just a flick of the wrist and a push or pull of the head. The BS-20SA-DM bandsaw also offers a heavy-duty infeed table and outfeed table.

Available in 220 volt single phase or 440 volt three phase, the BS-20SA-DM horizontal bandsaw requires a 1.25″ bandsaw blade, making it an extremely accurate and fast cutting. This saw comes standard with an inverter drive allowing for infinite blade speed adjustments between 69fpm and 306fpm. This allows the user to finely tune the proper speed for different materials like mild steel, bronze or aluminum.

The hydraulic descent pressure can be adjusted by the operator achieving faster or slower cut times, depending on what material the operator is cutting, resulting in improved blade life. The return position of the metal cutting head can be altered to achieve faster cycle times between cuts.
