Description

The BB-12014 sheet metal brake has a 120″ width to allow for 4′ x 8′ sheets to be bent at 45°.

This finger brake has 26 varying sized fingers that allows for metal bending boxes and pans up to 6″ deep.

This massively built machine weighs in at almost 3500lbs and supports a heavy-duty truss rod system for supporting the apron during maximum capacity bends. Furthermore the apron is stabilised by the massive electro welded frame, ready to provide decades of serious use at the machines maximum capacity of 14 gauge mild steel and 18 gauge stainless steel.

This is the perfect metal brake for general fabrication shops and accepts the entire length of sheet metal at 45°, allowing for angle crimps to add support to long duct pieces, and can handle up to 14 gauge mild steel.

The apron shafts ride in precision lube-for-life bearings, allowing for better bend tolerances and less operator fatigue.

The apron is further assisted by two massive counter weights further reducing operator fatigue even at maximum capacity.
