Description

The BS-270-SM is a compact and economical machine and the smallest in the DIMAKIN range. It is suitable for garage hobbyists up to medium output fabrication facilities and includes a choice between manual and hydraulic descent. Precision variable blade speed is defined by the inverter driven speed control between 20m/minute and 85m/minute, allowing for the ability to perfect cut quality, maximise blade life, and ensure efficient cut time. This bandsaw mitres up to 60 degrees one way and has a 22mm deep blade for increased precision. Coolant systems come standard with all DIMAKIN machines and help to extend the life of the blade reducing fabrication costs and down time. With an adjustable blade tension, blade replacement is simple, and with its cam locking vice, the efficiency of repeat cuts can be maximized further. Additional features of this machine include a material stop as standard, and an automatic stop system when the blade reaches the material bed, whether in manual or automatic mode. This machine is single phase 240V.
