This easy to use hydraulic tube bender has an incredible capacity of 2″ schedule 40 pipe (60mm x 4mm) and up to 2.5″ tubing with a wall thickness of .120″ (62mm x 3mm) mild steel. The RDB-175 makes quick work of round tube, pipe, and square tubing.An easy to read digital degree indicator with auto-stop programming is standard on the RDB-175, gone are the days of estimating the degree of bend. The best part of the new digital readout package is the programming is measured on the die head (spindle) instead of cylinder placement which is the only place to get as true reading of bend degree.The RDB-175 tube and pipe bender is based on Baileigh Industrial’s RDB-150, which was first introduced in 2002, but has taken standards to the next level with many improvements. The RDB-175 has ratcheting counter die adjustment for quick tooling changes. The RDB-175 is almost 300% faster than the RDB-150 and is capable of bending up to a 229mm (9″) CLR, meaning it will take care of 90% of applications.
